So I have the mini-rulebook, and I'm gonna get some resurrectionists starting with Nicodem, but I'm confused as to what he can summon.

I know he can summon Mindless zombies with his Arise (0) Action, but how can he summons other things ? With his spell (1) Reanimator ? Or are they just summoned by paying the cost wrote here ?

That card is just a cheat-sheet, reminding players what cards you need when summoning. They did it with all of the frequent summoners.

Yes using the reanimator action he can summon any resurectionist minion model.

That's not quite right.
Reanimator can summon any resurrectionist UNDEAD minion. Stuff like nurses or gaki cannot be summoned by him.

So he can, for example, use his (1)Reanimator action, then flips or cheats a 9 of crows, and then summons a Punk Zombie and draw a card ?

I believe so not sure on the exact numbers without his card infront of me but i believe it is TN 10 + SS cost of summon. So With the Punk being a 7SS model that sounds right.

Well, the sheet says 11, and I'd tend to trust it, since I believe it's written by one of the staff or at least forum team. Don't have the rules w/ me.

I am guessing he misread nercopunk, which requires a 9.

One other key thing to note is that you have to declare the model you are summoning before flipping. If you declare you are summoning a flesh construct because the highest card in your hand is a 10, but end up flipping a 13 of crows, you can't decide to summon a hanged instead.
