Seems perfectly reasonable to me. I'd probably change out the Bastion Senechal and Mechanik for Visigoth Roven & Co, though it's a preference thing.

Any particular reason for the TFG over more Knights Exemplar spam to push the field out of interest? Is it because you don't want to have to buy that many KE units, or is it just to take advantage of reach on feat turn?

Its cause I don't have a third unit of KE yet mostly.

Also, no point to taking Rhoven in this theme list. No guns to benefit from ignoring stealth..

The TFG are also really nasty on feat turn when you can light all the dudes on fire. Thats potentially 11 CMAs that auto-hit on feat turn.

It's less about Rhoven, and more about the "co". Two reach high mat/pow weapon masters instead of one, and Rhoven is no slouch himself. Meanwhile, the occasional "cleanse" Can be useful in an infantry heavy list. It's a preference thing, of course, so it's up to you.

The Bastion's healing ability is better than getting one extra weapon master attack and an ok melee attack.
