trying to find Chiaki the Niece and i cant seem to locate it online. Anyone have advice for proxy if i cant get her or a website where i could?

She's part of the Yan Lo boxed set so I doubt that you will find her available seperately. There's very few people breaking up Malifaux starter sets since most models are usefull one way or another to those buying the box. That and Malifaux as a game really tends to trend towards having a decent pool of models to choose from.

There are quite a few games that have asian style models if you are looking for proxies. Bushido comes to mind though I have never actually taken a good look at their offerings but there should be quite a few others I reckon if you do some searching.

Thanks. I couldnt find yan lo either but i found a bushido miniature that looks similar that I think i can get away with (Harionago)

wyrd has a kind of annoying policy on their web store of removing out of stock minis rather than listing them as sold out etc, which is probably why you couldn't find his set...

The upside is that YanLo / Chiaki box is dirt cheap. Plenty of people have the pre M2E style boxes if you don't need/use the cards.

Other than being a bit brittle, I love that crew- really nice design and some of the best skeleton minis I've had the pleasure of working on.

I would also recommend Kensei from Zenit miniatures, they have a few onna bushi (women warrior) that are really well sculpted.

I keep wanting to buy Yan Lo's crew before Wyrd pulls a GW and increases the price, too, but then I stop myself, just to get over that stupid reflex.
