Necrons are pretty weak in close combat, so close combat focussed Tyranid, Chaos, Ork and Space Wolve armies could be troublesome.

Also armies that outrange you could be an issue as necrons are sorta slow and have short-ish range. So maybe Tau en Imperial Guard would give you some trouble.
