I am finally checking in after reading the forum in the shadows for some time. I was about time as I kept reading things and wanting to add my views.
Been gaming since before the 40K Rogue Trader. I was playing Dragon Warriors before 40K (published by Corgi) but its really a role playing system and didn't suit battles.

After going through a WHFB dwarf army, start of a skaven and start of a wood elf army I have finally settle in the 40K Universe. The idea being I wouldn't have to paint too many figures. Hmm that hasn't worked out.

I've got a load of ORKS but need to refresh them to suit the new codex.
Reasonable amount of CSMs around 1500 - 2000pts Heldrake but no other dinobots.
Both of these are accidental and just keep building up.

1850 on the dot Deathwing army. Started this year but they, sadly, have not been used in anger.
350 Pts of Steel Legion to swap into the Deathwing as allies.

I desperately need to finish painting stuff.

But I'm pressing ahead with an Eldar Army, I aiming at 1500pts only.
(I paint better with limits.)

That's the hobby side of me.
