We've just released our "hard sci-fi" take on 15mm space dwarves, which we call Thrainites.

Thrainite sets:

Thrainite Lething troopers (two clutches, each with a veteran and three troopers, eight models in five poses)

Thrainite heavy weapons (six models in three poses)

Thrainite Lething command (a Steward petty noble and a heavy slugthrower)

Thrainite Young Noble Assault Team in Assisted Armour (basically carapace armour with power assist, not quite power armour but almost)

Thrainite Force Commander in Command Power Battlesuit

Thrainite Mako Weapons Set (twin autocannon with gunner and heavy mortar with crewman, shown here with Mako tractor and cruciform base which are available separately)

We've also released a set of two vehicle crew upper halves for the Thrainites but we forgot to get those painted! Pictures will follow.

Wow, those are great!

You really do have some of the best 15mm sci-fi and fantasy models on the market.

Most definitely. And Khurasan Miniatures is always a pleasure to deal with. I keep meaning to order more of the miniatures, but have been getting sidetracked. Maybe I'll make it a new year's resolution to place a nice, big order with Khurasan!

Kirasu: Have we fallen so far that we are excited that GW is giving us the opportunity to spend 58$ for JUST the rules? Surprised it's not "Dataslate: Assault Phase"

AlexHolker: "The power loader is a forklift. The public doesn't complain about a forklift not having frontal armour protecting the crew compartment because the only enemy it is designed to face is the OHSA violation."

AlexHolker: "Allow me to put it this way: Paramount is Skynet, reboots are termination attempts, and your childhood is John Connor."

Same here. I've been wanting to get some of their fantasy Lizardmen for a good while, but I've just never gotten around to it.

It's definitely gonna happen at some point though.
