The guys over at SoCal Games and Comics are kicking off the new store with a big charity tournament! We've got WM/H on earlier in the day on Dec 6th, but seeing as I'm a 40k player, this post is about the 40k tournament Prize support includes a beautifully painted Imperial Knight and more! All this prize support is raffled away, so you don't need to place in the tournament to win some cool stuff(There are still prizes for those who place of course).

*UPDATE: We have now have carry cases graciously donated by KR Multicase!


Entry Cost: 1 unopened, unwrapped toy worth $10+(Note: If you bring more then you can get more raffle tickets)
TIME: 8pm Saturday Dec 6th - 6am Sunday Dec 7th.
Yes, it starts at 8 in the evening! This will hopefully allow for almost everyone to make it after work(Stopping off for an energy drink of course!), and still make it to church/breakfast/family stuff the next morning
Tournament Rules:

-This tournament will the following rules
-1850 pts, 3 round tournmant
-The tournament uses the BAO missions and FAQs, available online at Frontlinegaming.org
-Models must be painted to a 3color minimum, though do not have to be based. Primer is counted as a color
-Players may bring in additional new toys in order to get tickets. These tickets allow them to have access to the following special “cheats”(Each use of a cheat uses a ticket)
⧫ Re-roll dice for determining who goes first
⧫ Re-roll the seize the initiative dice
⧫ Choose any Warlord Trait Available from The Rules book of Warhammer 40k.
⧫ Re-roll an attempted charge
⧫ Receive a +1 on a single overwatch roll
⧫ Give one Unit Skyfire for a single turn

Update: A question was raised about using the battlesuits presented in Imperial Armor in a Farsight Enclaves army. While RAW says that FE do not have access to the battlesuits, RAI as well as emails from GDub say otherwise.

If you were thinking of running any of the Imperial Armor battlesuits than as long as they are "40k Approved", a Farsight Enclaves army may use them.
