These are some of my favorite models nearly arrayed in 150 points. But is it fairly workable? Could I make a few changes to make it work better? Thanks in advance!

It is as workable as you make it to be. I am guessing that you mean for standard play. So, go ahead and play it. Every player will have their own style, so list building isn't as useful for Infinity as it is in other games.

Upgrade the LFT to a HFT and you get 150 points. You can just treat the LFT Naffatun as a HFT.

Just a point - he did say 'Naffatun HFT'.

Its a simple list, your Tuareg and Janissary will be doing most of the work. Remember you're an order short if you start your Tuareg in TO Camo (off the board).
