Faith No More has a new single out, "Melonfether". It's sick, easily as good as anything else they've done. When first heard rumours of a FNM reunion I was worried it would be a cringe-worthy rap-rock by a bunch of tired old guys who just wanted the money, but nope. It's solid gold sound, exciting and fresh while being true FNM through and through. I'm not going to link it here as it's potty mouth is self-evident, but it is an easy google search away. consequenceofsound has a good version. If you have ever been a fan of Faith No More you need to give this a listen.

I wasn't a huge fan, but I did always want the crazy technicolor jacket the singer wore in the Epic music video, BUT YOU CAN'T HAAAAAVE IT!

This is good news indeed. 'King For A Day...' remains one of my favorite albums of all time, easily in my top three anyway. And being a chap, I have to quantify everything using lists! I'll search this out immediately, any news of a new album

New album is due April 2015 AFAIK. King For a Day is indeed a mighty record. Even their pre-Patton stuff is great if you can get past Chuck Mosley fratboy vocal delivery.

Funny, my wife said nearly the exact same words after I had made her listen to the new song. FNM, ironically, provides faith!
I'll admit I have listened to it about twenty times since I discovered it the other day.
