about five minutes ago my number bar stopped working, all of a sudden the numbers were not registering but the symbols above them do:!@#$% ect... i do not know why this is happening nor how to fix it so any help you guys have will be greatly appreciated

What type of keyboard do you have? Did you pay more than 20 bucks for it? If not, maybe try changing ports (if it's USB), otherwise, dig in the couch for another 10 bucks to replace it.

If you did, check to see if it has some strange toggle key to change functionality of keys. Sometimes gaming keyboards have stuff like that. Crazy question: Is your caps lock on and one of your shift keys stuck down? Tap both shift keys and hit your caps lock and see if things change.

Otherwise, did you spill something into it?

I found out what the problem was, I dont know why but when i toggled it to gaming mode and back again it was working
