So I am working on my first list and have reviewed a lot of other posts and I have, what I think, is a good collaboration of the other posts.

Deathripper (4)
Defiler (5)
Satyxis Raider, Max Unit, Sea Witch (10)
Skarlock Thrall (2)
Slayer (6)
Warwitch Deneghra (-5)
Warwitch Siren (2)

That list I am pretty set on, but it only gets me to 24 points.

I have 3 other options to finish off the 35 please let me know what you think would be the best, and if you could why as well. thank you.

#1-Bane Thralls, max unit, officer and standard bearer
OR
#2-Bane Knights, Max Unit and Machine Wraith
OR
#3-Deathripper, Skarlock, Cankerworm

You really can't go wrong with 1 or 2. I'd avoid more nodes after two and while I love Canker, he's better in a Gaspy list. Plus you can't have two skarlocks.

Either bane unit can do well so you just need to decide which you like more.

Thank you, I just picked up the rule book 2 nights ago and have not read it completely so thank you on the Skarlock heads up.

I will probably lean to the cheaper as this is my second hobby, 40k being the first, so $$$$$ matters.

I play a Tier 3 witching hour at 25pts with 5 bone jacks. You don't have the focus to push them all, but you spread them out and offer your opponent too many choices to attack. The warwitches help add the extra focus you need too. You could use some armor cracking, rip jaws can do that and have a bonus arc node.

Don't overlook mechtralls and a necrosurgeon. They are surprisingly effective at just about anything you want them to do.

I would definetely go with the bane thralls to get it up to 35. You'll play them most of the time and the UA makes them somewhat resistant to removal (Cryx-wise). Then, once you're settled to go to 50 pts, I would drop the Slayer, get DeathJack and Bane Knights along with Bane Lord Tartarus. Tartarus is a threat all opponent will acknowledge as he makes your thralls and knight shine even more than they did before.
