No idea but it certainly falls more into the 'toy bracket' than the 'toy soldier bracket'.

I don't know where might be a better place to ask but someone here may know?

Thanks for the replies. This was a model kit we purchased in the late 80's. It was probably quite cheap hence the toy look - though the toy look could also be due to the time period.

It does look a bit like that. I also though it looked a bit like a Dougram Fang of the Sun. I know I certainly had some Dougram Fang models during this same time period.
