Heres an extreme army for you to  access:

SW 1850

5 x 14 Blood Claws with 3 Fists and a Melta each

10 Hunters with 2 Fists and Melta

7 Scouts with Fist and Melta entering from the opponents deployment zones edge.

3 ICs with Frost Blades. One of them on bike with Storm Caller (= ini 10 and 5+ cover for a unit.)

Can you say raw power? ^^

How will it do ?

It has some potential but very mobile shooty armies will be a pain for it. Since you're only moving 6 inches a turn you're looking at an average of 3 turns before you can reach most lines. Plus if they've got a skimmer heavy list you may never see an assault phase. I think if you want to play a Space Wolf list like this you'd be better of using 13th Company. Between the bikes, wolves, and rage they can be in assault on turn two.

Mech Eldar and Droppod Marines will give you fits...not to mention Daemonettes will shred the wolves to ribbons while dancing around the powerfists.

Assault armies that move 6" are no good. Yes you've got a lot of Fists, but they will need a long time to get into combat. During that time, they'll be getting shot to pieces. Tau, for example, will just string you along, and shoot you down.

Even static gun line armies will probably be able to mow you down in sufficient numbers that they'll be able to clean up the rest in CC.

Bottom line, if cramming as many fists as you could manage into a Wolves list was a winner, you'd see it a lot more often.

13th company would be a much better base for an army concept like this. The gate and the extra move before the game combined with the fast wolves, greatly increase your chances.
