Awesome...

You might think about adding some of the Corpse Candle figures from the Dead Marshes.

He wasn't called "The Necromancer" for nothing, and the Wraiths don't count (they were off doing other things).

But he definitely had Orcs... Lots of Orcs.

And Undead (although how many is not clear - he never got around to going back to detail that).

I don't know what the Source Books for the SBG say about Dol Goldur....

But some Ghoul-Zombie Corpse Candles from either the Dead Marshes, or Orc and Númenórean corpses reanimated from the Gladden Fields would not be out of place at all, and would be a cool addition.

Nice work! It's always great to see assembled and painted armies put together like that. Your terrain is also very nice - Hirst Arts?

I almost forgot, but the Balchoth were Vassals of Dol Goldur (The remnants of the Wainriders left in Western Rhovanion near the East Bight of Mirkwood - or at least they are referred to as such once).

But Tolkien does make them out to be allies of Dol Doldur, in the service of Khamûl during the Watchful Peace.

But considering the Balchoth enter the scene right when Sauron returns out of Rhûn to reclaim Dol Goldur (ending said peace), there would probably be remnant Balchoth in his service, along with the Orcs and Undead.
