I'm the Orange Spider. 40k and fantasy verse lover since 2006 or so (not sure of the exact date, I remember my first contact was a couple of months before Ogre Kingdoms came out.)

Never quite got to play the tabletop game with the minis, but I quite like the extended universe of both games, with a preference for 40k.

Recently decided to check out the games again and maybe pick back up where I left off, see if things had changed after learning that a friend of mine was starting an Eldar army.

I was mind blowned when I discovered I was two editions behind, and that the precious Lizardmen now had all those dinos.

Just for the hell of it, I checked out the Orcs too, because I kinda feel like the Gobelins/Gretchins and I are kindred spirits for various reasons (namely a propension to absurdly bad luck, cowardice, nonchalance and ridiculous boasts).

Boy oh boi, they have ALL THE SPIDERS in their troops! :O I KNOW WHAT I AM ASSEMBLING NOW.

Anyways, as you can guess, I like the beasties and creepy crawlies factions in both settings, so Orc/ks,Tyrannids, Beastmen, Ogres,Lizardmen and the Imperial Guard (yes, with the numbers they field, I consider them creepy crawlies).

I joined Dakka so I could post about Warhammer in a community that seems active. Please excuse the English; it's not my native language.

I'm also the GM of a Rogue Trader group and would be quite thrilled to try out Battlefleet Gothic or Blood Bowl some day.
