Hey there! I'm a huge fan of the W40K universe and would love to jump into playing the tabletop miniature game! I've always been to my FLGS to check out on the cool armies and huge battles that always took place as a kid. I had my first demo game with the old Necrons and got my butt handed to me pretty badly by a "specialized necron killing list". I'm leaning towards starting up an Eldar/Dark Eldar Jetbike (I love the idea of a jetbike army) army at around 700 - 1000 points and would love to know what you guys think of it

I'm a casual player (I do play a little bit of Malifaux) and am not very keen on being competitive with the local community. I would really just like to have some fun to relax after a hard day's study & work. To me winning isn't always the priority, having fun is always the priority

Hi,

Welcome to Dakka

Jetbikes are very good. Can't go wrong with them. Lots of firepower, speed, objective secured, and more survivable than normal Eldar troops.

Though people may contest your claim that fun is the priority if you spam too much with the 'Dar.

Welcome!
