First Claw done as an Elites choice, special character unit for Chaos Space Marines. Intended to represent them at some point in time between Blood Reaver and Void Stalker, represented as a special unit of Chosen.
First Claw- 180pts.
Talos: WS4, BS4, S4, T4, W2, I4, A2, Ld9, Sv3+
Xarl: WS5, BS4, S4, T4, W1, I4, A2, Ld9, Sv3+
Uzas: WS4, BS4, S4, T4, W1, I4, A3, Ld9, Sv3+
Cyrion: WS4, BS5, S4, T4, W1, I5, A2, Ld9, Sv3+
Mercutian: WS4, BS4, S4, T4, W1, I4, A2, Ld9, Sv3+
Variel: WS4, BS4, S4, T4, W1, I4, A2, Ld9, Sv3+
Nostramo's Legacy- All members of First Claw have the Fear and Night Vision special rules.
Band of Bastards- All members of the squad are considered to be characters. No independent characters may join First Claw.
Granted- Each member of First Claw grants a special rule to all members of the unit. All such effects are cumulative until the granting member is removed from play.
Wargear- Power Armour, Frag Grenades, Krak Grenades.
Talos- Master crafted Power Sword, Combi-Bolter.
Talos is a Mastery 1 Psyker who must generate his powers from the Divination discipline.
Granted- While Talos is alive, models making a
FNP roll will succeed on a 4+.
Xarl- Bolt Pistol, Executioner. Executioner is a 2-handed Specialist weapon that grants +2S and AP3.
Granted- Preferred Enemy (Characters)
Uzas- Chainaxe, Close Combat Weapon.
Uzas has the Rage and Rampage special rules.
Granted- Counter Attack
Cyrion- Bolter, Bolt Pistol, Close Combat Weapon.
Cyrion's Bolter gains the Rending special rule. Cyrion always allocates wounds caused from his shooting attacks as though they were Precision Hits.
Granted- Ignore Cover
Mercutian- Heavy Bolter
When firing his Heavy Bolter, Mercutian must attempt an additional shot for each successful hit. These additional attacks are resolved against the same target and continue until he misses.
Granted- Relentless
Variel- Bolt Pistol, Close Combat Weapon.
Granted- Feel No Pain
Options: May purchase a Land Raider as a dedicated transport.
I guess I'm just getting bored of the same stable of characters...
