I read the PDF a bit, here's what I think:

You are really light on anti-tank. Should your opponent decide to use medium or heavy tanks, you have one platoon able to do something about them. The AT 5 or Improvised Tank Assault 3 on the rest isn't going to cut it. I'd like to see the six L6/40's replaced with four Semovente 47/32's. You lose a third of the shots (when stationary), but the extra range, higher AT and firepower, and better armour more than compensate for that.

Furthermore, I'd suggest dropping the third Cavalleria platoon for either a horse artillery battery or a howitzer battery. The former will give you some smoke in your list (including bombardments), and a neat direct fire AT of 9. The latter option will give you even better direct fire due to the higher firepower and breakthrough gun rule, but only half the shots. They do have better bombardments, though. You even might want to consider dropping the tankettes to take both.

Your list seems geared towards speed and mobility, but you'll only be attacking roughly half of the time. Some stationary artillery will greatly help you should you turn out to be defending, and won't be much of a burden when attacking due to their long bombardment range.

My experience with Italians is both somewhat limited and restricted to EW, so take what I said here with a grain of salt. However, with your list as-is I foresee a lot of trouble should you end up playing as the defender against a tank company.

So yeah. I'm really struggling with list creation due to 100% of my FoW experience being with my brother, who also is new. The advice about getting more anti-tank I'm taking seriously. I wanna get I list I'm at least half confident with before I buy any models other than the required ones.

Looks like a solid list to me, I'd say try it and have fun!

You might want to double-check with someone else though, as I'm still relatively new myself.

Sure sounds amazing

But I'm biased to any cavalry division.

You'll probably find any tank battalion to be tough to fight, I sure do with cossacks!

I think you might be better off (or at least find it more enjoyable) to take a howitzer battery instead of the second horse artillery. It'd be a bit more diverse and you'd get some neat bombardments.
