Big fan of the judge Dredd comic but have never seen or heard of anyone playing this game. Could anybody give me more information on this game? Is it fun to play? I Miniatures seem pretty cool would love to pick up the Angel gang . Thanks for any information.

Great Game, really good fun - captures the spirit of the comics.

Some of the figures are a bit questionable (sadly more of the Judges suffer from this than other gangs) but some of them are really nice, and as a whole they are great fun to paint. Lots of scope for different settings to fit in with whatever boards/ terrain you already have access to - Cursed Earth, Mega-City One, Under City etc etc

My Painted figures are linked in my sig, and if you follow the link to my photobucket you'll find a bunch more - hit a bit of a painting wall last year, but starting up again with a Sov judge for someone and the Ape gang for a mate - the Apes are a lovely gang to paint - hope they are a useful guide.

Richred_Uk nice paint job on the models.

Found the starter box on the internet for $68 so might have to pick it up for that price and give it a try. Don't have any Scifi terrain but they have a bunch at the game shop so might have to bring it into the shop and see if anyone would want to play.

Rememeber the cursed earth is part of the 2000AD universe too,

so any wasteland (or western) scenery can work well too

I don't suppose there are any plans to do minis of the DREDD movie? I love the game, the minis are a bit wonky though, I'd love to have a few judges based on the DREDD movie.
