Hello from a long time lurker, first time user (I'm a terrible person like that)

Been in the hobby about 14 years, a whole smattering of armies that are constantly WIP, and generally play TAC lists for fun and fluff (though my Tau and Necrons are anything but, apparently)

10 years of off/on painting/collecting. Finally started playing, though my lists tend to be un-competitive due to their fluffy nature.

Glad to see somebody else who feels the draw of aesthetics over ... usefullness (I'll be damned if I'm not taking my plasma forgefiends...).

From what I can gather, Tau and Necron hate stems from a few abused units. I've played some Necrons in the last week and had a blast still.
