I was looking at basing my characters on bigger bases say 32mm round ones to add more of the army theme to them.

I'm not going to be playing in tournaments or anything like that and wondered what people thought.

Would 32mm be ok?

And does round bases to designate characters sound like a good idea?

My units will be based on movement trays and will be more scenic based than number of models correct.

Example of the first and only unit that I've built so far, this base is 20 models of Palace Guard (Wardancers)
