Alright, title says it all. I'm new on the forums, and pretty new to 40k (I've played one game, using the Dark Angels in DV for my army vs. an unbound IG army... I got (REDACTED)).

I understand the rules pretty well. I have everything I need to play. What forum do I go to to ask how best to build certain armies and whatnot? Would that be under the roster/army thing, where you post about your army, or is there somewhere else I need to post? Because I've got SEVERAL questions before I start gluing crap together! (EDIT: Nevermind, found out where that goes, have posted, and yeah... So sorry about that)

Thanks for the welcome, I'm mostly lurking (and that's probably what I'll continue to do), but I have commented on some army lists and stuff. In retrospect, I really have no idea why I'm here... I want to learn, but I don't even know where to start!
