Subject: Radicals and Grey Knights?

Would the Grey Knights ever tolerate Radical Inquisitors and fight along side them? I don't expect them to just nod and say "Ok" when an inquisitor introduces his daemonhost drinking buddy, but would things like Hell Rifles and Daemon weapons be accepted?

No they would not.
Do note that "Radical" is a very fluid definition. It can be applied to Inquisitors who actively summon and bind Daemonhosts, it can also apply to Inquisitors who just use unconventional, but ultimately harmless, tactics like using some Xenotech.
Radical is basically up to the person defining the term. The GKs themselves are wholly pure, and they would not tolerate daemonhosts or warp magics. But they're not going to care a ton if you're using some alien technology. Even though certain sections of the Inquisition would call both equally radical.
So you could easily have a "Radical" inquisitor working with the GKs, he just won't be the kind of radical who summons daemons(at least not for very long)

Grey Knights' whole purpose in life is to purge the daemon. If they recognize a daemonic weapon (and they WILL recognize it, this is kind of their area of expertise) they're gonna do whatever it takes to destroy or bind it, and no Inquisitor is going to get in their way. Now purging the actual Radical Inquisitors who use such items, that's not really their field. That's the Ordo Hereticus. So they might defer on that judgement.
Radical Inquisitors can work with Grey Knights. They can flash their shining =II= seal and the Grey Knights has no way of knowing if they're radical or puritan, so they'll lend a hand. But the Radical Inquisitor should probably leave his possessed toys at home when he wants to run around with Grey Knights. Of course, in current game rules GK's working with Daemon Weapon toting Inquisitors is just fine and dandy, but I don't think background wise they'd be cool with that.
The Hell Rifle, on the other hand, I'm not sure if that counts. It's not a sentient daemonic being, it's essentially just shards of warp matter in the ammo. Grey Knights miiiight be willing to give that one a pass, but I expect they'd give it some very suspicious looks, and might decide to purge it just to be on the safe side.

Thanks for replying guys.
Mainly asking because I'd like to have an inquisitor running around with a Hell Rifle and some Grey Knights, but would prefer to avoid a major conflict with the fluff, and Hell Rifles were kinda in that grey area so I wasn't quite sure.

The novella, Maledictus, deals with this exact situation.

Nay. But there is Inquisitorial representation on both sides present.
