I did a little research and when I hit their facebook page it wasn't reassuring.

Apparently they have 0 customer interaction, and try to funnel all requests to info@titanforge.com.

This would be fine if there weren't a lot of angry posts on their page complaining about not receiving replies even after many emails requesting info or purchase status.

The KS thread on here went silent the day after it funded. So I consulted my most trusted adviser on this subject and here's what he had to say.

Haha, that's pretty good.

That sucks, as their Chaos Dwarf line is pretty nice and reasonably priced.

#Toogoodtobetrue I guess.

You're probably best off buying via a stockist rather than direct

eg Element games has a lot of their stuff at decent prices

Wow!

Thanks a bunch. I have all kinds of stuff to buy here now! And without the direct issues.

I know there are people still awaiting their Kickstarter deliveries from their Metal Beards line that was "successful" a bit over a year ago.

I ordered (and paid for) four of their Dwarf zeppelins from their website.

They didn't react for weeks, didn't reply to numerous emails.
Finally, I received two of the four zeppelins. I wrote some emails again, didn't get a reply either.

Finally, launched a complaint with PayPal and got all my money back (presumably, because TF never bothered to answer even PayPal).
So I got two zeppelins for free, but am still annoyed because I would have liked four and it was such a hassle.

Keep away, is my advice.

That's the general vibe on their facebook page.

Why do the best looking mini's always come with the most drama?

Element Games are a fantastic way to buy Titan forge stuff. They show exactly how much stock they have, ship next day, and are just a great retailer from what I've seen so far. My order of some TF chaos dwarf warmachines arrived within two weeks of placing it

Brisbane, Australia

I was in with the Titan-forge Armymals kickstarter. Everything ended up getting delivered (late, but within reason), but their communication definitely leaves a lot to be desired. As in it's nearly non-existant, and it's like pulling teeth to get in contact with them.

I'd say they're trustworthy, as they're a legitimate business which isn't out to scam anyone, and will almost certainly deliver eventually, BUT that going through stockists would be a far better option for good service. I do hope they change that aspect of their business though, because they make really nice stuff, but with that sort of reputation, they won't go far...
