Hello guys! It's been a while since I've posted on the forum, but I thought I should share some of the things I've done with my free wargames website recently!

I first posted my Gundam: Skirmish game here some time back. I've since made several expansion modules and an expansion set for it. I also have made a simplified, faster playing version of the game called "Gundam Skirmish: Revised Edition" which is decently popular! https://donkusgaming.wordpress.com/category/mobile-suit-gundam-skirmish-2/

More recently, I've created a Zombie wargame (because it's practically obligatory!) called "Even Death May Die." The game uses a success vs. success system which I think works rather well when dealing with the large amount of miniatures involved. https://donkusgaming.wordpress.com/category/even-death-may-die/

And last week I finished a Golden Age of Piracy wargame called "Blood & Bounty" as well! https://donkusgaming.wordpress.com/category/pirates/

I dunno, thought you guys might be interested. Cheers!

Just skimmed through all of Even Death May Die. It looks solid and playable

The lack of gun stats struck me as a bit odd, but after re-reading the shooting rules it seems playable as is.

My only real criticsim of the game is the use of D8s instead of D6s. It really come across as a move entirely just to be different .The game mechanics you have created could just as easily have been achieved with D6s.

In any case, I applaud your work on it, and I'll post results if I can talk my friends into playing a game of Even Death May Die with me.

Thanks for the reply! Glad you enjoyed reading it!

Yeah, I kept the weapon stats minimalistic because while I was designing it I got tired of flipping through weapon and hitpoint tables. Hahaha. I also ended up switching the system over to D8 from D6 because I found the rate of "Successes" with D6 stats was a bit too high, and through mucking about it seemed as though D8 die hit the sweet spot in terms of probability. Also, I had recently ordered a big bag of D8 for the Mars Attacks game and I didn't want them to go to waste! Sorry about the inconvenience! :U

Hope you can get some friends around to give it a shot!

P.S: If you like lots of tables, you should read "Blood & Bounty" although, it is sadly also D8. I swear I'll change!
