ACT 1, SCENE 1

Planet XYZ-Home Base-computer room

(Karlaen and Alphaeus are sitting down. The computer beeps)

Karlaen: Alpaheus! The Computer's beeping!

Alphaeus: What does it say?

Karlaen: It's got a Tyranid Emblem. It says-

(Red light fills the room. A voice starts to speak)

Voice: We are Hive Fleet Whupass. You have evaded us many times. That cannot be allowed. We have found you and are coming to you. We will destroy you.

(The red light vanishes. Alpaheus looks frightened)

Karlaen: That.

Alpaheus: Are you thinking what I'm thinking, Arenos?

Karlaen: The Tyranids have found us, Raphen!

(Raphen, a Death Company, walks in)

Raphen: Reporting as ordered, Cap.

Alpaeus: Could you tell everyone that the Tyranids have found us?

Raphen: Sure. Right away.

(Raphen leaves)

Karlaen: Alphaeus, how long do we have?

Alphaeus: I reckon about 4-7 days. I think we should call Tigurius.

Karlaen: Good idea.

END SCENE ONE

Pretty interesting, seems a bit laid back with the words these guys use involving tyranids.
"Go tell everyone arguably the worst enemy humanity has known is coming right for us."
"Alright, would you like a BLT after I'm done with that?"
I don't know, you probably meant it to be like that, but it seems a little odd.

Yeah, I agree. You're off too a good start, but they seem waaaaaay too relaxed.

SCENE TWO

[computer room]

Karlaen: Is Tigurius on the line yet?

Alphaeus: I got him.

(Tigurius appears onscreen, reading a book)

Karlaen: Varro! Do you read me?

Tigurius: (looks up) Yes, I read you. What's going on?

Karlaen: The Greatest Threat to Mankind, aka Hive fleet Whupass, has found us. Alphaeus reckons 4-7 days before they get here.

Tigurius: Oh my God. Where are you?

Karlaen: Planet XYZ, location Home Base. You think you could send some Ultramarines here to help?

Tigurius: Of course. I shall try to tap into the Hive Mind to figure out what I should send. I'll come back in about an hour.

Karlaen: Do it. Home Base out.

(Tigurus vanishes from the screen)

Alpaheus: Arenos?

Karlaen: We're on a first name basis?

Alpaheus: Well, if you want me to adress you as Captain-

Karlaen: No, it's all right. We should start to beef up security and add more troops.

Alpaheus: You read my mind, Arenos.
