I am familiar with Al Morrison's VBCW hack of Bolt Action but WLG has published enough lists to make it mostly redundant. I recently wrote lists for the British Union of Fascists using the Italian list and the Communist Party of Great Britain using the Partsans list from France & The Allies. Let me know what you think!

British Union of Fascists

First Platoon

Reg 2nd Lt + Standard Bearer
10x Reg Blackshirts Militia, NCO w/SMG, LMG team
10x Reg Blackshirts Militia, NCO w/SMG, LMG team
Reg MMG Team
IZM Armoured Car
2x Trucks

Second Platoon

Reg 2nd Lt + Standard Bearer
10x Reg Blackshirts Militia, NCO w/SMG, LMG team
10x Reg Blackshirts Militia, NCO w/SMG, LMG team
Reg MMG Team
9x Inexp Mounted Colonial Troops

I really love the idea of using the Italian blackshirt entry for British blackshirts -- especially the super swingy Non Testati rule, which could expose the fascisti as all-talk bully boys (Shirkers) or psycho diehards (Fanatics) once they are under fire. For those wondering what a "standard bearer" is, this is a rule I am porting over from Mr. Morrison's homebrew. Basically, you get a banner for 13 pts and all friendly units with LOS to it get +1 morale when making a leadership test to take a rally order. Love that rule for VBCW! The colonial troops under the Italian list are interesting because (a) they are Inexperienced, which is unusual for a cavalry unit in BA, and (b) they are Tough Fighters. If my infantry sections represent the BUF in town, these guys are my hayseeds: keen amateurs and burly.

Communist Party of Great Britain Workers' Militia

First Platoon

Reg 1st LT + Standard Bearer + Rifleman
7x Vet Guerrilla Fighters w/LMG team
7x Vet Guerrilla Fighters w/LMG team
7x Reg Partisan Squad w/LMG team
7x Reg Partisan Squad w/LMG team
Reg MMG Team
2x Trucks

Second Platoon

Reg 1st LT + Standard Bearer + Rifleman
7x Inexp Partisan Squad, NCO w/pistol, SMG, 2x pistols, 3x shotguns
7x Inexp Partisan Squad, NCO w/pistol, SMG, 2x pistols, 3x shotguns
7x Inexp Partisan Squad, NCO w/pistol, SMG, 2x pistols, 3x shotguns
7x Inexp Partisan Squad, NCO w/pistol, SMG, 2x pistols, 3x shotguns

I believe a Partisans list can also take a vehicle from another list (although it gains Unreliable) and I plan to give these Reds some kind of bizarre interwar contraptions, just not sure what as of yet.
