The Kickstarter for BluBot Masking Stencils is heading into it's final week! Nows your chance to get in on the action and add a little flare to your models!

BluBot Masking Stencils are a painting aid designed for use when painting scale models and miniatures. They are ideally suited for use with an airbrush, but may also be used with a sponge, spray can or dry brush.

Since the project was initially funded there have been 22 new designs added as stretch goals. And for every $100 over $2000 that the project reaches I will create new designs that be be selected after the Kickstarter ends. Additionally I will be taking photos of the painted designs, and hopefully a video of two of them in use as well after the Kickstarter ends.

In addition to a huge selection of standard and premium designs. I am also offering to produce designs based on any supplied art. That art may require some modification to be made into a working masking stencil though. As a backer custom designs are at a flat rate. After the Kickstarter ends they will be priced based on the complexity of the design.

To check out the complete selection (including those not posted on the Kickstarter yet) please check out the BluBot Masking Stencils Facebook page.

Here's a preview of a few of the unfinalized designs (White is where the paint goes)

Really great looking stuff. I like the variety, and I had been considering commissioning a Fleur de Lys pattern stencil so problem solved.

One question. I want to get six standard stencils, would it be possible to pledge for two $25 pledges?

Cant do two of the same, but I can actually create a new one of 6 for $53 +$5/$7 Shipping (based on location) if that works for you.

Thanks, I'll let you know. I'm waiting to hear back from a couple of friends regarding going in together on a 10 pack.

No problem! I created it anyways, no harm, maybe somebody else will do the 6.

The first new design of the "Design/$100" goal is a two parter with two different lightening bolt styles! More to come over the weekend!

For every $100 over $2000 that the Kickstarter reaches, I will come out with a new design for.
