A usable list with as few models as possible.

Strakhov (*6)
- Conquest (19)
3 Man O War Shocktroopers (6)
Man O War Drakhun with Dismount (5)
Man O War Kovnik (3)
- Kodiak (8)

total 8 models

Conquest gets Occultation, Sentry, Overrun. Cycle Overrun to anyone in face smashing range to keep the speed of the army up. Possibly Occultation on the Kovnik or Kodiak if they're coming under heavy fire.

Conquest gets superiority for the first turn or two to get into firing position quicker, then move it to the Kodiak.

Troubleshoot with Rift, Battering ram and the Drakhun.

Pop feat so Kodiak/Drakhun can fly across the board to assassinate a Warnoun in Strakhov's Command radius. Or if the enemy is too close for comfort, slam them away with Conquest and follow up charge with Shocktroopers.

Dumb idea? Maybe a good idea but wrong implementation? Feel free to throw out your own ideas for Khador elite lists or even elite lists for other factions!

I feel this could do relativly well with a bit of playtesting. Ofcourse it will have it's downfalls but seems pretty solid.

Ok, I think there are a few rules misunderstandings here.

1) Can't stealth a colossal
2) Only the Kodiak and Strakhov can benefit from the Overrun moves
3) Only one upkeep spell can be on a model at once, so you couldn't put Superiority and Sentry on the same model at the same time

And in terms of the list in general, I think it really struggle. You want to send someone flying across the board? Your lack of long range removal/model control means I think you'll struggle to clear lanes for your assassination plays. Also, for scenario play I think you'll struggle. Apart from the conquest, you don't have any model that can get into a zone to contest it really.
