I am a long time enthusiast with out a lot of experience. I have a ton of models (mostly Imperial). Looking for other people who would like to get together, build, paint and obviously game. Please contact me with if interested or any suggestions. Currently I am able to participate 7 days a week so whenever a willing gamer becomes interested I am around to participate.

I am currently amazed at how many Dakka-folk are from Boston/Worcester/Nashua/Manchester. Pretty cool. I'm out in Worcester County early in the week, and Manchester later on. Currently don't have an army to field. :/ Just picked up a new FT job in Lowell so I'm hoping this changes....

I too live right outside of Boston and I would love to join a Warhammer gaming club. I have a bunch of different armies, mostly heralds of ruin kill teams . But I do have two armies that I can play 1500 points.

This issue, alas, is not whom, but WHERE. MetroWest has no hobby stores until you reach the 495 loop.

Well depending on how far west, I think The Whiz has Warhammer 40k on Tuesdays but that is on Rt. 9 in Westborough. I don't personally play there, but there was a good crowd the last time I was there.

I'm very new, just read a bunch of books and started buying models. I don't even know how many points worth I have yet but still having fun. I'm in Quincy and work full time + travel sometimes but I'd like to meet some people in the greater Boston area so I can at least watch.

Some pics of my work in progress including a kit-bash flying barf-maggot "Heldrake". Not pictured - 40 plague zombies, rhino, and a few other odds and ends.

I've PM'd a few of the guys in this thread, but for those looking for games in Boston, I'm part of a group called Dorkamorka - we operate in Watertown and game on Thursdays. We're a friendly gaming group, with a focus on narrative games and the whole hobby experience, not the cutthroat tourney scene. We're not a huge club but we've got a lot of space and a load of really great terrain to play on! We play 40k, Malifaux, X-Wing, and Bloodbowl, and if you really want you can scrounge up some Necromunda, Dystopian Wars, or Flames of War action.

I'd recommend you go to our forum and introduce yourself then post in the find a game forum. We don't really do pickup games, but if you post asking for a game someone will be happy to play! The only caveat is that w'ere 21+ since our space is over a bar, which has a limited selection of booze you can bring up if you want.
