You don't have any long range firepower, you need some of that (HMG, Spitfire, MSR)
Also having the 2 paratroopers in a 4-order group is pretty bad, they'll be starved for orders

What you can do is:
drop one Akal & move the other one to group 1
give MSR to one Nisse & move it to group 2 (mostly defensive piece, won't need lots of orders)
give HMG to one Nisse
give Spitfire to FK / HMG to ORC
if you have enough points left, replace one ORC with the second FK

Also, if you're asking this kind of questions, I suppose you're a pretty new Infinity gamer, I would advise to NOT start at 300 pts
play a few 150-200 pts games first, then move on to 300
