Does anyone know if anyone produces duplicates of the Easterling Halberds?

I need a ton of them to arm some of the cataphracts with them, like the Khitan Liao Super-Heavy Cavalry, and for the Easterling Chariots I have made (They will have a five man crew, two of which have the halberds, two with bows, and one driver).

I also need a bunch of the Easterling Quivers, to arm a rear Rank of Cataphracts with bows.

The plan is to have one element of three or four Cataphracts in a front rank with two Easterlings armed with "lances/halberds” and one or two Easterlings armed with either sword or mace. And a rear rank of three to four Easterlings armed with bow and sword.

Or, a double-deep element with eight Cataphracts arranged in a wedge formation, with the outer three in the front armed with lances/halberds, and the inner three Easterlings armed with bows, and the outer rear two armed with sword or mace.

I would need about 24 Halberds for the number of Cataphracts involved, and then about 48 for the regular cavalry (I have some Perry Arab or Seljuk horses I am using to mount the Easterling Cataphracts riders upon as normal cavalry).

But I need bunches of Halberds.... I would rather not have to make them myself. I could scan one and see how it turned out cutting it out of brass on a laser cutter. I could do hundreds of them that way, but they would need a lot of finishing work to smooth them properly along the shafts.
