I accidentally ignored a user, and I can't find out how to undo this. I know there is a button on the bottom left of their post to view it, but I'm a person of convenience, and I was looking for a way to fix this. Sorry if this is a simple fix, but I can find out how this can be fixed, but I figured this is the best place to ask.

Go to your profile (click your name in any post) and hit remove next to the person's name in the ignore list.

The profile page isn't used/seen by a lot of users so they miss it.
