FreeBlades is a fantasy skirmish game. They have been around since at least 2011 and have been at major cons. The game seems a bit to much into its own mythos and uses terms that seem in jokes. The figs are B quality and affordable. That being said l have never seen anyone play a game at a con or LGs and the only place that l know of that stocks them has them heavily discounted. I have never seen anyone blog about this game and l have no clue how they are still around.

I really don't know if anybody plays this either. The local store has a few minis in stock, and the rule book, at discount. And just like your experience, I can't find anyone who plays it. I bought some of the minis a while ago, just to paint. A shame really, I would like to try it, I think it kind of looks decent.

I play it, but I live in the city that DGS is based in. It's a marvelous game, and I would suggest anyone give it a go.

Had actually never heard of it until now

....and lo!.....The Age of Sigmar came to an end when Saint Veetock and his hamster legions smote the false Sigmar and destroyed the bubbleverse and lead the true believers back to the Old World.
