Hello all, so me and the gf love the new rules for AOS, and have bought a copy of the starter set. Problem is, we both love the models in the set and want to paint them as our own lol. Should we order another set or is there new releases coming out soon?

It is extremely likely that there will be many more releases of AoS models for the rest of the year.

Exactly what is anyones guess. There's a rumour of some new scenery next week (pre-order 11th July on sale 18th July) so my best guess would be new figures every other week more or less with utility releases (scenery etc) in the weeks inbetween. They'll probably be some weeks without anything for AoS to fit in some 40k releases.

In short there should be more new stuff by the times you've both painted half of the start set each, and if there isn't you can always buy another start set at that point.

GW reps have confirmed that there are more releases planned for the next 4 months. If you want two sets, go for it. But if you want more variety all you need is to wait a week or two and see what comes out.
