Hi Guys,

Below is a link to the WHFB Battle Bible 8.1, a useful resource of the WHFB 8.0 rules updated with the last errata and FAQs released by GW.

https://www.dropbox.com/s/yr8huikcpkduhr8/WHFB%20BattleBible%208th%20Ed.pdf?dl=0

This can be used by old and new players of Warhammer Fantasy 8th edition for those desiring a mass combat game after playing Age of Sigmar skirmish battles.

Going forward; there will be a 8.5 release in a few months where community feedback for minor changes to the rules (hence 8.5, not 9th ed) is taken into account as well as rule changes from the Swedish/ETC/South Coast GT rule packs.

A separate PDF will be made available listing the rule changes in 8.5 so you can play with your 8th ed rulebook for those interested.

After 8.5, Army books starting with Brettonians/Beastmen & Skaven will be digitalised and released as 8.1 and 8.5 versions.

For those that just want to play 8th ed Fantasy Battles, and who have no desire to play 8.5 or the Swedish 9th ed; 8.1 will be the rules unaltered, but will incorporate the last released errata and FAQs released by Games Workshop.

As a side note; this project is not meant to replace Age of Sigmar or compete with it. Age of Sigmar is a good skirmish game, and this project is designed to allow people to use their large collections of models to play games of ranked up infantry and monsters.

The link in this thread is a Dropbox from 2015. So yes, not surprising it is broken by now.

If you're looking for something more current, you could try asking in the WHFB legacy section here: https://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/forums/show/93.page
