So I just got the new white dwarf and noticed that all of the war scrolls seem to say unlimited unit size. I don't understand the unit comp or list building. Can I take 1000 liberators? Can I take 100 heroes?

If the warscroll says there is no limit to the unit size then there is no limit.

There is also a rule to overwrite any minimum, too.

Your limit is basically whatever your opponent is willing to face.

There's a lot of people writing "harder" rules to define competitive play, but the game system is moreso meant as "Hey you bring a bloodthirster and 50 cultists and I'll bring 25 Sigmarines and we'll duke it out and see if I can kill your Bloodthirster."
