Grenade option for human/chaos forces: Flameburst Grenade
Range: Template, S3, AP-, Assault 1 Flameburst
Flameburst: Treat this weapon as having the Torrent special rule, except the narrow end of the template must be placed within 6" of the model throwing the grenade instead of 12".

It seems too accurate for a grenade and flat better than a hand flamer which itself carries more fuel tanks thank a grenade. Essentially someone is tossing a grenade that function as a directional charge and somehow guaranteeing the end that flame bursts out of not only land where they want, but is directed exactly as they want.
I'd recommend something more along the lines of:
Str3
Ap6
Ignores Cover, Blast

Might as well use the Krieg gas grenades at this point, being poisoned 4+, ap6 ignore cover, blast.

I specifically made it very weak for the exact reason that it is more accurate than a Flamer, but would be stronger than a Frag Grenade (though it'd also lack the Assault Grenade ability). It's something that would be useful, but you wouldn't necessarily buy it for every squad, even at 1 point per model.
