I never recall seeing one. I don't think they ever sold through the entire stock of the hardbacks as those were still readily available leading up to when they were pulled from the shelves.
I'm guessing they increased the print run of the hardbacks for the final set as they had enough lead time still with the printers, whereas the others they needed to put out the softbacks because it was a cheaper way to reprint. All assumptions though...

i dont remember seeing any either, nor have i seen any floating around on ebay ect. I assume you must be right in that case, its a shame as i was hoping to have them all softback for the sake of my collection all following suit
