I havent painted warhammer since I was about 13 (11 years ago) but the urge got to me and I had a few days off from work so me and the girlfriend went out and bought a couple of boxes of Orks and some paints. Ive been lurking around for a week or so admiring some of the work on here so I decided to join up.
Im way more interested in the painting/story side of 40k and so far ive finished a box of Boyz and 2 Nobz but im looking to build a good looking army that I will be proud to display and create a couple of scenes out of (though im way off a pro standard).
So yeah thats it, just looking to get some tips to improve my own stuff while admiring everyone elses hard work.
I also play orks, but am more interested in building them (I call that "Channeling your inner Mek")
