The Local shop guys and I decided to play a true game of 40K. We are doing 20K points per side 4v4 fully painted army. Its is the green vs the bad (Imperium) One one side we have the Green it is 10k of Orks. This is 2 Stompas, Mork, Gork, All named Orks, 5 dakka jets, 2 battle wagons, 2 burna wagons, 14 Trucks, and around 400 infantry of various sources. Along with the Green Skins are the Death Guard. This was about 7k. It consisted of a Khorne Train (converted to be Nurgled out) Plaguereaper, 4 hell drakes, 2 Demon Princes, Typhus, 140 Zombies, 2 Forgiefiends, 18 Bikers, 2 sorcerers (1 on bike), 9 obits, promethium pipe relay, 3 hell brutes. The remaining points are chaos demons, 4 havoc squads. There is Belakor, Kairo, 2 DP, Great Unclean One, soul Grinder, Plaguebearers, bloodletters, bastion, and some that I am missing. The Imperials brought UltraMarine Demi Company, Librarian formation, and a Fortress of redemption. thats was 6500. there is also 5 Knights to deal with. 7500 points of Space Wolves to include 10 thunder hammer storm shield thunder wolves. 5 Wolf Lords on wolfs, several las press, a vindi, and various drop pods and troops. The last of the Imperium is the Dark Angels. They are running the Raven wing formation along with a land raider terms, and the DA Flyer. A few More Strike Squads, some Preditors to round the DA up to 4500 points.

We are recording the whole thing and taking a lot of pictures. I will be posting after we get done. We started deploying at 8 and finished round 1 by 11 so it is going to be a bit.

We are doing a modified Maelstrom. 12 objectives. 2 objective decks per side. After turn one the score is 7 to 5 to the Green Guys. This was due to a nice D3 roll for wiping 3 units during assault. and a D3 for holding 3 objectives. We planned on this game getting into the 30-40 on points so it was a good start
