I'm just wondering if there is anyone that I can talk to that is above the moderators? I.e. Someone higher up the chain of command?

Legoburner and Yakface are the admins so I'd PM them or really any other mods since they can help too.

As far as my...vast...experience goes, legoburner is more focused on the technical side of DakkaDakka whereas yakface is more focused on dealing with users. I'd PM the latter, he always has an open ear for users. Do not expect too much, you will get a (very) nicely written reply, but in the end, it's users vs. moderator and you're always on the shorter end of the stick. It's always better to have your voice be heard, however.
