Thoughts?

Hopefully I'm getting my box this week or the next, but I'm just playing around with what will be available to me from the box at the start so that a friend and I can play some small games with his Tohaa and my USAriadna. I'm going to be selling off the Maverick(I'm not a fan of motorbikes, although the Mavericks definitely exceeded my expectations visually) and getting a Traktor Mul and Dozer with Traktor Mul controller with the money, so that's something which will show up at some point.

Do you plan on doing any ITS missions? Or just playing some small annihilation or quadrant control type missions?

For what comes in the box, that's a decent list to represent them.

the Marauder LT may be a bit obvious, but in cover he may be hard to kill.
You may want to try playing some shell games and make one of the Grunts your LT. Gives him a bit more hiding potential.
What kind of troops will you be facing in your friends Tohaa force? That may dictate what profiles to use in your list.
Assuming you plan to proxy anything, of course.

Proxying is a dirty word to me, so no proxying.

As it stands, this is just for learning games. While the Marauder LT is obvious now, once we actually get the Marauder box and can start bringing more than one?

Not sure if I went too crazy...

List looks pretty good.
Full Grunt link, plus a Haris Marauder link... nice.
Lots of order efficiency there so you can pick which one to move up and which to leave in a defensive position.

6 specialists across 3 types; nice spread so that you can accomplish most Classifieds or ITS objectives.

How do you plan on using the models in your list? (offensive links, rambos' etc) ?

Truthfully, I have no clue.

I might just be doing lots of pewpew?

At this point I'm thinking more about how I'm going to paint them.
This is my forerunner:

I'm still working on my paint scheme also.
I am goingto try out some test patterns with a simplified Multi-cam (like Angel used), an AOR pattern, or ATACS FG.

Guess it depends on which one I can replicate and is easiest to do.

I'd spread the link teams across the two groups
Also, inferior infil Grunt with HFT might be the most broken unit in the game ... just saying
