Hi folks,

I've been a WHFB painter and off for a few years - Gaming not so much.

During this time I have slowly painted a smallish Orc & Night Goblin Army (mainly gobbo) to tabletop standard.

Played my first two games of AoS last weekend at a GW store and had a great time.

Currently finishing off an old box of orc boyz x 19 that I had stashed in the cupboard collecting dust.

Made a bit of a mess of the orc muso's drum skins so I may need a bit of help getting that sorted out. I am also hand painting the war banner which is proving to be challenging.

I would love to learn more about blending colors as I would like to re-paint my forest goblin spiders with blended legs using brighter colors. Currently they are just black with highlighted joints (boring!).

Anyway thanks for taking the time to read about me and my hobby goals.

Greetings! I am a new member also. Glad to hear you like AoS. I have heard a lot of mixed feelings about it but I also enjoy the more simplistic gaming system from time to time.
