From what I can identify personally:

1. Plastic Warhammer Giant

3. Vampire Counts Black Coach

5+6. Island of Blood Warhammer High Elves, Warhammer Giant heads, Dark Elf Cold Ones head

7. 40k Dark Eldar Jetbike, top piece of Balewind Vortex

8. Island of Blood Skaven model. It does not belong on that platform.

9. Dark Elves Cold One Knight (rider)

11. Warhammer Empire Luminarch of Hysh (missing important pieces), Warhammer Tomb Kinds Casket of Souls (missing pieces)

12. Craftworld Eldar Vyper (missing tons of pieces).

Pic 4 also contains a stonehorn from Ogre Kingdoms.

The gold griffin with a hammer is also from the Empire Arch Lector's war altar.
