Is there a fan created guide to creating a Necron character in RT?
My GM lets us get anything (I.E Finding Baneblades in Port Wander) so it shouldnt really matter lore wise or game wise

Not that I'm aware of, but it would not be too difficult to use existing rules for both PCs and NPCs to build one.

Give it the Machine Trait (like, 8 ranks of it), that pretty much covers all the standard Necron abilities (doesn't eat, drink, sleep or breathe. Doesn't gain any benefit from the Medicae skill being used on it. Cannot upgrade its physical attributes through XP expenditures without the use of a mechanic, in this case a Cryptek, to redesign and rebuild its mechanical body.)

Give it the following Traits: Regenerate, Chem-Geld, Fear 4, Stuff of Nightmares and Enemy: The Imperium of Man because the Imperium doesn't like Xenos, and most Imperial Citizens, including the Astartes, the Inquisition, the Ecclesiarchy and the Imperial Guard will kill the Necron on sight, and anyone associating with it.

I would also give it the Trait "Phase Out" which reads:

"In the event that the Necron Character burns a Fate Point to avoid certain death, the character disappears in a flash of green fire. The Necron is returned to the closest Tomb World of its Dynasty for repair and reinstallation into a new Necrodermis shell. Where this Tomb World is is unknown, and how long this process takes is likewise unknown. In any case, the character is removed from play as if dead, though it may yet survive elsewhere in the galaxy."

It is best to be a pessimist. You are usually right and, when you're wrong, you're pleasantly surprised.
