Spent last night putting the Skull Keep together - I was just going to have this as a little side project for a few of the Battleplans in the hardbacks but, after seeing just how big this thing is... Well, I might just have to make a proper investment in the Dreadhold.

Thought some chaps here would be interested in seeing what I mean about its size, so I took some piccies.

And I think this photo kinda gets the point across;

If you are interested in more comparisons, got more photos here of the Skull Keep next to Marines, Rhinos, Land Raiders and the old Mighty Fortress...

Can't complain at all. This is more like their standard sprue kits rather than the Far East mouldings.

Nice and big! Still don't like the design very much personally.

Surely you'll have it painted up on a day or two Mongoose? :-p

Bye bye Dakkadakka, happy hobbying! I really enjoyed my time on here. Opinions were always my own :-)

Urk.

Wasn't going to, really want to make a decent start on my Rotbringers.

But the keep does look very nice - just need to persuade myself it won't take too long

The real question is when I'll start adding the other bits to make a castle!

That thing is begging for random body parts dangling from the ramparts!
