I recently tried to order a few tanks from Heavy-support.com. After waiting for nearly four weeks I havent gotten my items nor have i gotten any contact back from the seller. Does anyone know if they are still in business? Ive gotten 2 other orders from the same country the seller is in no problem. Ive never been this angry or this frustrated before.

You do know that they are in Germany and international mail can take a while?

Have you tried emailing them?

These first went on sale 7-8 years ago IIRC. I think the guy who made it was on warseer, his alias might have been mort or (something like that hence the name, it might help get in touch with him via a different route).

Not that any of that helps you... I'm surprised his site is still running, only I've not heard anything new from him in a long time.

Out of interest has it been 4 weeks since the estimated delivery date or...? 4 weeks is the sort of time surface mail might take.

When I ordered my tanks 6 or so years ago they took like 7 or 8 weeks to arrive.

That said, I can certainly understand the feeling, and it's been a long while.

IRON WITHIN, IRON WITHOUT.

New Heavy Gear Log! Also...Grey Knights!
The correct pronunciation is Imperial Guard and Stormtroopers, "Astra Militarum" and "Tempestus Scions" are something you'll find at Hogwarts.

Is this the Canadian company in Toronto, Ontario? If so, I can call them and see for you if you like. Just PM me if I don't get back to this thread. Might forget I made this comment.

Agies Grimm:The "Learn to play, bro" mentality is mostly just a way for someone to try to shame you by implying that their metaphorical nerd-wiener is bigger than yours. Which, ironically, I think nerds do even more vehemently than jocks.

Everything is made up and the points don't matter. 40K or Who's Line is it Anyway?

I'm pretty sure the Toronto based Heavy Support is gone. I went out to their store a couple of months ago and it wasn't there. Maybe they moved?
