i think this needs works on assigned points, been skimming through and i've seen that you can get 5 dragon princes for the price of 5 hammerer's in fact it looks like the dwarves are getting shafted a bit. and do you factor in horse damage from Cavalry vs elite 1 wound 4+ save infantry? Hammerers should be 5 costing 1 along with all elite infantry as the storm-vermin are 10 for 2 and there by far one of the best elite infantry units in the game. Gutter runners should be 3 for 2 as i think your algorithm is being harsh to them and jezzails respectively should of been 3 for 3 as again i think your algorithm is being a bit harsh again.

I think over all with the exception of hero's & monsters all 1 wound models are over priced by one

I think your unfairly picking on the undead, raising the dead and summoning new models is kinda there thing but the summoning rules and pricing on them for having banners that bring guys back from the dead is far far too punishing for simply being the army that they are so black knights should go to 5 costing 2 instead of 3 and skeleton warriors being 10 for 1 instead of 2 and grave-guard should be 5 for 2 not 4(???) also summoned models should not be destroyed when the summoner dies nor should the summoner lose spells for summoning the unit again that is punishing the undead for being the undead i mean really with this points system they might have 2-3 necromancers at any time so just how much summoning there'l do is debatable when they will want to do more useful spells like danse macabre and soulblight.

Also infinite range on deploying summoned units is also too much but unbinding from any where should work at -1 if your further than 18" from the caster and -1 again if you cant see them either
