The tab says Marauder and is stamped c1994. He's relatively tall, particularly for models of that era.

Can you help me identify him, and why does he have a hole in his back? He didn't come with any accessories (but then I picked him up for $1 at a flea market, he just looked cool!)

Aekold Helbrass, he's a Tzeentch special character and he's missing his back banner.

The Marauder Stamp will mean it was originally sculpted for the Trish and Ally Morrision sub company manufactured and distributed by citadel,

they were reabsorbed into the general citadel line 1994, but the stamp remained on the stuff they had done previously (and probably on some stuff intended for release under that brand, but not actually released until citadel had reabsorbed them)
